Your post doesn't really make much sense.
This sentence seems garbled:

If payment was taken twice then maybe it's because you have two 48 SIMs/accounts?
If you have had some problem with auto-renewal payments then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance.

Your issue isn't the same as it doesn't involve membership auto-renewal.
