What does your Transactions page say about the two payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
Perhaps you actually bought two membership plans and the second has stacked on your account to kick in when the current one expires?
If you were actually charged twice but only received one membership plan then you'll have to contact 48 support to request a refund.
