Renewed plan but haven't received benefits yet

I renewed my plan and amount debited from my account yet I haven't received my plan benefits.

What exactly do you mean by "I haven't received my plan benefits"?

Bear in mind that a newly purchased plan doesn't start immediately if you still have a membership plan active that hasn't yet run its full monthly course and has expired.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
