You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum...

Can you receive calls? Send/receive texts? Use mobile data?

When were you last able to make calls?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances - in particuar call minutes remaining?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any "upcoming" membership plans?
