What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances?
Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
What exactly do you mean by "my plan was not defined the first time"?
What exactly do you mean by "paid for plan but no activation"?
