Paid for a plan but no activation

I bought 2 times yesterday a plan for 10.99€ and once in January this year, but my plan didn't activate. No answer from the support team, can we please resolve my problem and get refund as soon as possible?

What exactly do you mean by "didn't activate"?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

Are calls, texts, mobile data working?

48 support don't generally respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
