Not receiving verification codes

Hi all,

 

I've noticed today that I'm not receiving verification codes, specifically from Revenue and HubSpot. I've tried on few other phones, including the very old Symbian-based Nokia without success.

 

No issues with SMS send from other phones.

 

Are there any technical issues in 48.ie servers?

I tried logging into my Revenue myAccount just now and got the two factor authentication security text fine and was able to get in.

So I don't think that there's any general problem.

You should contact 48 support and ask them about it.

Same issue with me. The 48bot is a joke and the contact page has no contact details 🙂

I should also mention only receiving SMS doesnt seem to be working here, sending works and calls work.

 

Actually sending doesnt seem to be working now, tested sending from 48 to Vodafone, first messages seemed to get through then follow up did not. No SMS have been recieved from vodaphone to 48 number.

 

I made a call from 48 to my vodaphone number, and that worked. So must be something specific to SMS traffic possibly

Whats the number for support? I must be blind as I didn't see it anywhere.

Number is nowhere to be found... Very strange. I too am having issues with SMS verification (Binance).

He gave me this email to the Support:

 

support@48months.zendesk.com

 

If this problem will persist I'll switch over to parent Three.ie

I am also not receiving any verification codes and also texts from external networks. I spoke on the chat. But that has not been very helpful. Its really frustrating as unable to work remotely due to this.

I tried switching to another network as well given the pathetic support provided to customers but even for porting you need to respond to a text which I am not getting.

anyone able to resolve this issue yet? have been waiting to speak to an agent for 45 minutes
