What exactly do you mean by "no service"?

No connection to the 48 network at all - i.e. no signal bars - or just calls/texts/mobile data not working?

When was it working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Are there any error messages on the phone?

If you have no connection to the 48 network then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

Can you try your SIM in your daughter's phone and her's in your's?
