Good evening I’ve just gone on my phone and have no service I’ve turned off the phone and also took out the sim

When did you last have service?
Can the phone connect to the 48 network?
If necessary do a manual search for networks and see if you can see and connect to 48.
If you get a connection can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
Please describe in detail what happens or fails including any error messages.
Do you have an active membership?
When is the last time that you bought membership?
Have you been roaming abroad recently?
