I have been away for the last year and haven't been using my 48 sim. I'm back in Ireland again and it constantly says I have no service with my 48 sim back in the phone. Is it expired and do I need to order a new one?

Your SIM/account/number have probably been disabled/deleted.

Contact 48 support and they should be able to clarify and tell you if your old SIM/account/number can be reactivated or if you need to get a new SIM/account/number.
