Hi there. I bought a new membership because i need internet immediatley. Im in an emergencey situation. But it wont start until the 6th it says.i have no mote money.please help

A new membership will only start when the current one eventually expires after running its full monthly course.

If you have used up your current membership's data allowance then you need to buy a data add-on to tide you over until the end of the current membership.

If you want to get a refund for the new membership that you bought so that you can buy a data add-on then you need to contact 48 support and ask them if they can arrange this for you.
