New plan with credit

I am not able to purchase new 12.99 plan using my cash credit on acc. / turning auto renewals on/off makes no difference. How can I pay for new plan with my cash credit ( enough founds). This option is not available on app or website. Thank you.

If you have €12.99 or more cash credit on your account then you should get the option to pay for a €12.99 membership plan using your cash credit at checkout time.

If you're not getting that option at checkout time then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
