I am new customer just joined 48 and paid for first month top up and activation fee 25.99 and I have not received credit for 12.99 for second month that is free promotion. Will i get free top up for second month or do I have to pay again?

Is there a second month free offer running at the moment? 

I don't see one here:

The most recent one seems to be this: 

  • ii) Join 48 as a new customer by buying a €12.99 plan before 20th February 2026.

If you just joined now then that offer doesn't apply.

If you think that you qualify for your second month free and aren't getting it automatically then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
