Neither SIM activation code option works - what now?

I can't activate my SIM card. I tried the 6-digit code on the back of the SIM card, it doesn't accept it, and then it doesn't accept the long code starting with 89353 either. What should I do to activate my SIM card? Thank you in advance for your help

If you're absolutely sure that you tried the correct codes (read the instructions carefully as it's easy to make a mistake):

then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
