Need urgent help - please activate my queued plan manually

Hello, I am currently in Poland and have run out of data. I have already purchased a new €12.99 plan today, but it is currently in 'queued' status and hasn't started yet. Could you please manually activate my new plan immediately so I can use my data? Thank you

You can't start a new plan early. 

If you need more mobile data until the end of your current plan month then you'll need to buy an add-on.

Can I buy extra Data for EU/UK roaming? 

Yes! If you've used your EU/UK data roaming allowance or simply just want more, then the 1GB data add-on can be used in Ireland and in the EU/UK when you’re on a plan that has roaming included. To purchase your add on, simply Log in to your My48 >> Flexi Data >> Add ons, or just click here.

Thank you for the explanation. Just to clarify, I am happy for that second €12.99 plan to stay in the queue and activate automatically on July 22nd for my next month. I just wanted to make sure the money was safe and the plan would start properly then.

Yes, a plan bought in advance and stacked on your account will kick in/start when the current plan runs its full monthly course and expires.

You don't lose out when you buy a plan in advance like that.
