I haven’t used my number in a while can I reactivate somewhere?

Do you mean that you haven't bought a membership plan in 6+ months and your account is now deactivated?

What happens when you try to log in?

If it's deactivated then you'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate it for you.
