I have gone to top up my 48 sim and it wouldn’t log me in for the first 3 attempts but on the fourth it did, but then it said account suspended

You'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
Only they are in a position to reenable suspended accounts.
Did you fail to renew your membership plan for 6 or more months?
