Hi, I'm on automatic monthly renewal plan, but for some reason I can't make any phone calls, it says that my membership ran out. Can you please explain what happened to my membership plan? Many thanks

Perhaps the auto-renewal payment failed for some reason.
E.g. card reissued/updated and needs to be updated on your account?
Or maybe simply a transient payment problem at the 48 or bank end?
You should check that your registered card details are still correct.
Can you buy membership manually for this month and then let auto-renewal take over again next month?
