Your phone number is effectively your account number with 48.
There is no separate account number.

Your account is identified by your phone number/email address.
Why are you looking for an account number?
If you're trying to port your number from 48 to another provider and it's asking for your account number then you've selected the wrong option.
You need to select registered prepaid not bill pay.
