My 48 number was auto-renewed and my account debited on 27th December 2025. Till this time, the credit has not been effected on the line. No calls or data is working. I need urgent support

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming plans?

When did you last successfully buy or auto-renew your membership plan? 

Are you sure that the auto-renewal succeeded this time? 

Is your registered payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking and there are sufficient funds if it's a debit card?

What happens if you try to buy a plan manually here?

Nothing comes up here like the way the dashboard should show: this is the only thing i see - You're missing an active plan 😌

2. What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

when i download the payment history, i only see the payment for October. Other months - November and this December is not showing.

3. Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming plans?

No - what i see is "unlimited data 12.99"

 

I don't really understand why you're getting this behaviour.

You'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.
