Multiple payments on app that failed actually went through

App shows error again and again while recharge and I did couple of time in hurry as I have to go out but when i check from bank app it shows 4 successful transactions and deducted amount for 4 time. any one has idea what to do next as gheh dont have any dedicated phone number

What happens if you use the website instead of the app? 

I never use the app myself as I always found it too unreliable and you can do practically everything on the website anyway.

You might need to contact 48 support for assistance with the multiple transactions and if you need a refund of any overpayments or plan purchases.
