Hi i ordered a mates rates sim for a friend, he topped it up and is using it the last few days but neither of us got our free credit as promised, just wondering how long does this take, thank you in advance.

I think it's usually instantaneous.

You should contact 49 support about this and they can probably explain.

Trying to use it but no joy as of yet, just says try again later, maybe it's cos it a bank holiday weekend or sung in ?
