hello. why didn't you activate my sim card. if it was paid even twice after 12.99e on the 3rd of May

You'll need to explain more clearly what the issue is that you're facing. 

What exactly is not working as expected for you?

You mention SIM card activation but then also something to do with membership so it's not really clear what the issue is.

Did you activate your SIM correctly/successfully? 

Were calls/texts/mobile data working ok for you at some stage? 

Are they not working now? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
