I purchased 40GB membership, but did not receive it

Hello, I recently bought the €9.99 40GB membership, but I did not receive any GB. The €9.99 was also taken from my credit card. I have 3 days left on my current membership, and I bought it yesterday when I had 4 days left. Do I have to wait for the membership to end? What do I do? I also provided a screenshot as proof that I bought the membership. As you can see, I also bought an addon of 1GB. A new membership only starts when the current one expires.
