I have two plans with you one for my son that is working and one for my daughter that is no longer working. her number is 0899657055. can you tell me what has gone wrong.

Does she have an active membership?
What doesn't work?
Calls? Texts? Data? All of these?
Does her phone have a connection to the 48 network?
Has the phone been used for roaming abroad recently?
What happens when trying to make a call or send a text?
