You need to contact 48 support to ask them to refund your unused cash credit.

Actually, I just noticed this now...
If I leave what happens to my credit?
We're sorry to say that you will lose any credit or plans that you have. It might be an idea to use any available credit or plans before you leave.
But then the terms and conditions say this:
We will refund, upon request, any remaining credit that you may have on your account at the point that you switch from 48 to another mobile operator.
So it's a bit confusing.
But I would still contact 48 support and ask about a refund.
