You'll need to explain the issue in a bit more detail.
If you can't access your account how are you able to post here?
What exactly are you trying to do?
What goes wrong?
Any error messages?
I presume that you know your email address?
In which case the only other info that you need is your password.
And if you don't know that then you can use the "forgot password" option on the login screen to reset/change it.
