I am unable to login to my 48 account because I don’t have my previous email, however the sim card still worked and the monthly transactions still occurred but it stopped working recently. Is there any way that I can transfer the same sim card to another account with the same plan and phone number.

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.

But I'm not sure if anything can be done if you don't recall the email address associated with a 48 account.
