Did calls/texts/data work before?
If so when did the problem arise?
Or are you just joining 48?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and reconnect to 48?
If you do that do services (calls, texts, mobile data) work again?
Maybe the SIM is faulty and needs replacement?
