Your post was blank @Marione4137 and you haven't really provided any details about your problem.

Did calls/texts/data work before?

If so when did the problem arise?

Or are you just joining 48?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

Having problems with 48, can't make or receive texts or calls, says I'm not registered on network, 3rd time this year for this 2 happen & twice last year, not good enough when paying every month.

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and reconnect to 48?

If you do that do services (calls, texts, mobile data) work again?

Maybe the SIM is faulty and needs replacement?
