What exactly do you mean by a "bundle"?

Do you mean a membership plan or an add-on?

What does your Transactions page say about your purchase? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans? 

What services are working or not at the moment?

Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?

When was everything working ok last?
