If you're leaving 48 then you should disable membership auto-renewal if it's enabled and maybe delete your registered payment card details just to ensure that you pay no further charges:

Every answer is in the knowledgebase except how to close your account. You really ahve to look for the info. Companies like Three are just robbing charletans
