It's not totally clear what your issue is from your post.
If you mean that a membership purchase (via auto-renewal?) failed because of card issues then just buy this month's membership manually, register any updated card details on your account, ensure that auto-renewal is enabled, and then auto-renewal will take over from the next membership month.
If that's not your problem then please explain more clearly what your issue is, what you're trying to do, what steps you take, what goes wrong, any error messages etc.
