I have a iPhone 13 and I can not access Mobil hotspot. It tells me to contact my network provider for permission.

Getting a personal hotspot set up on your iPhone is actually pretty straightforward, but I remember the first time I did it, I had to poke around a bit to find everything. Basically, your iPhone can share its cellular data connection with other devices like a laptop or tablet, which is super handy when you're out and about and there's no Wi-Fi around.
To get started, you’ll want to dive into your Settings app—it’s that little gear icon on your home screen. Once you’re in there, scroll down a bit, and you’ll see an option that says “Personal Hotspot.” Go ahead and tap on that. If it’s your first time setting it up, you might have to toggle a switch to turn it on, but after that, it’s just a matter of configuring it.
You can set a password here, which is important because you don’t want just anyone hopping onto your hotspot and using up your data. The password you choose will be what other devices need to connect to your iPhone’s network. Once that’s set, you’re good to go! Your iPhone will start broadcasting its signal, and you should see it pop up in the Wi-Fi networks list on your other devices.
One thing to keep in mind is that using your iPhone as a hotspot can chew through data pretty quickly, especially if you’re doing stuff like streaming video. So, it’s worth checking with your carrier to see what your data plan allows. Some plans include hotspot data, while others might charge extra, so it’s good to know what you’re working with.
