I tried to reorder sim and always getting the message something went wrong.
i need it so very much to receive it quickly for my work.

What exactly do you mean by "reorder"?
Did you order one already and it hasn't arrived yet or something?
Are you trying to order a new SIM or a replacement SIM?
Do you mean the the verbatim message is "something went wrong"?
Or is it something else?
