Your post is unclear.
What exactly did you try to buy - cash credit topup, membership(s?), add-ons?
What does your account say about your current membership status and expiry date, allowance balances, cash credit balance, and does it list any "next" membership and start date?
What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases/topups:
