Hi. I have the €10 monthly Guido Membership. I am going to London for a day - would I be able to make calls and send texts locally and internationally?

Yes, EU roaming works on the Guido membership.

Oh, you seem to be using an iPhone?
If so you may need to be aware of this issue that arises due to the stupid way that Apple do things.
