I have full plan which includes data roaming in UK and EU. For multiple trips to EU it doesn't work so I'd like to report fault advertisement as roaming doesn't work when I've been paying for it for a couple years now.

If you want to report a fault or make a complaint then you'll have to contact 48 support directly.
They don't tend to monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

In relation to roaming issues the usual generic advice applies...
Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.
(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)
If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:
