What do you mean by topped up?
You topped up your cash credit balance, you bought membership or you bought an add-on?
Memberships only start at midnight when any previous membership has expired.
What does your My48 home page say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance/cash credit balances?
Is there any "next" membership and start date listed?
What does your My History page say about recent payments/topups/purchases?
My suspicion is that you have used up your current membership calls/texts allowances and you need to buy add-ons to tide you over until the current membership expires and you can use a new membership and its allowances.
