Credit did not show up

I just start using a 48months sim. I activated it and bought a guido. Then I added 30 Euro twice with my credit card. But my credit is still 0. There was indeed 60Euro taken from my bank account to 48months. Where did the money go?

You mean you topped up your cash credit balance by 2 x €30 but the money did not show on your account but was deducted from your bank card/account?
If that's the case then you need to contact 48 support and get them to sort this out.
