I got charged twice for topping up last nit.. can I get refunded please?

You probably bought two memberships or add-ons by mistake?
Your My History page should clarify.
Contact 48 support to see if they can refund you for the extra one.

Hi, I have tried and can't get into 48 support? Is there a contact no. To ring?

There is no number to call as all support is done online.
