Charged twice for 1st plan & no credit for free 2nd month

Charged twice lastmonth with new sim card. But now credit shows 0 balance. As per guidelines we can use 2 nd month with out renewing the plan by using the credits. Now credit balance is 0 . How can this possible?

Are you sure that you weren't actually charged €25.98 comprising €12.99 for the one-time activation fee and €12.99 for your first membership?

A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.

What does your Transactions page say about your first payment(s)?

Does your Buy Plan list an upcoming membership plan which should be the one that you get free for the second month?

If it doesn't then you might want to contact 48 support to ask them how to get your second month free membership plan.
