What sort of number are you trying to call?
Irish landline/mobile or some other type of number?
International calls and some special calls require an active memberhsip plan and cash credit on your account to pay for them:
Do you get the same error message when you try to make any call at all?
Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
When were outgoing calls working OK last?
Do you have an active membership plan with a non-zero call minutes allowance balance?
