What exactly do you mean by "can't get plan to process payment"?
What exactly are you trying to do and what are the symptoms of the problem?
If you mean that you're having problems buying a membership plan then what happens when you try to do that here?
Any error messages?
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
Is your registered payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
