I can't activate my Sim. I have added the number on the back of the sim along with the 89353 before it and it is not accepting the number. I haven't used the sim for a few months as my phone broke and I couldnt get a new one till now. I had signed up for autopayments every month so i dont know why it isnt working. Can anyone help please? TIA

What happens?
Any error messages?
Are you trying to activate a brand new SIM or a replacement SIM?
