I topped up my membership , my card went through but still no credit ? What do I do

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about the recent payment/purchase? 

Does you Buy Plan page list any "upcoming" plan? 

Are calls, texts and mobile data working for you?
