Hi,i buy a plan for 2 months, pay 25 €, and i still can't call and used my data

When were services working ok last? 

Are incoming calls and outgoing/incoming texts working ok?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

What do you mean by "used my data"?

Are you saying that you have no mobile data allowance on your account Dashboard?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming plans?
