I bought landline minutes 3 days ago . The money was taking from my bank card but I never got the minutes. I can't seem to be able to ask 48 directly as it won't let me chat. Very frustrating. Any advice?

You need to contact 48 support about this.

Maybe the chat was offline because it was out of support hours?

Try it again and if it doesn't work then just log a suppot query.
