Auto-renewal failed, updated card, but still no plan

My credit that was registered went out of date and I registered my new card but still no service?

If auto-renewal failed because your card was no longer valid then after you have registered your new card you still need to buy a new memebrship plan manually - this won't happen automatically. Once you have done that auto-renewal will kick in again next month once the card remains valid.
