If you need assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your question or issue clearly.
E.g. what are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
If you're having problems topping up credit (buying a membership plan?) then you'll need to explain clearly what the issue is.
What happens when you try to make a purchase here?
Any error messages?
When were you last able to make a purchase successfully?
Has anything changed since then - e.g. new payment card issued by your bank etc.?
